Fantastic team!

We have recently sold our property in North Hykeham. Tommy came to value our property, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, came to take photos one afternoon, and the house was on the market a couple of hours later. Throughout the whole process the team kept us up to date with frequent emails and phone calls. We spoke with Hollie in the office a lot, and again, was brilliant with keeping in touch. Tommy's advice on marketing and price were spot on and I had a viewing and offer in days...sadly they could not proceed due to a bereavement. My next viewing yielded a good offer. The Lovelle's team in Hykeham were nothing but helpful, cheery, honest and supportive. I cannot praise enough the staff at Lovelle. We accepted an offer on my mother's house way back in mid August and eventually completed the sale yesterday. The reasons for the sale taking so long are many and varied, mostly further down the chain. Through the whole process Lovelle were extremely supportive and proactive, the staff clearly cared about the fact that it was a stressful time for us and shared our frustration at the delays in the process.
