Words cannot express how passionate and hard working the North Hykeham Lovelle office really is! The sheer dedication of the team and passion that comes through is noticeable at every stage! I personally dealt with Molly Erm from start to finish and although there were a few bumps in the road (through no fault of Lovelle’s may I add), Molly was there every step of the way to reassure me and truly went above and beyond to secure me my dream home. Molly’s sheer determination and persistence was outstanding especially during such a challenging sale. She took charge and I felt confident the entire way through. I would not hesitate to give her a call when I decide to move again (hopefully not anytime soon!!) I would also like to mention Tommy Child and James Butcher in the office who I also know worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make things happen and push them forward. I cannot fault the team or service… and Lovelle’s were not even my estate agent, they were my vendors!

As a seller I have found Lovelle on the forum at North Hykeham to be extremely poor, especially with lack of communication as they promised to update us fortnightly and never did. I had to make all the contact and chasing up myself. Emails went unanswered halfway through a conversation with them etc etc. They have demonstrated absolutely zero sales skills over the 8 months we were with them and got us less than 10 viewings that whole time when similar properties close to us were marketed and sold within £4000 of ours so they can't say we were overpriced. This is a prime example of an agent that will advertise your property on Zoopla and Rightmove and sit back and wait for enquiries to come in rather than actually being able to demonstrate they are doing any work or anything different to try and find you a buyer. Now we've asked to come off the market, they are refusing to take the online adverts down for 28 days as per their daft contract. We are not having any more viewings, yet they insist on keeping the property advertised for a month which is just petty. If you're a seller, you'd be better off seeking out a professional and experienced no B/S agent rather than Lovelle North Hykeham. (Edit) after having to threaten a complaint to the property ombudsman they have agreed to remove our listing.
