Excellent friendly yet professional service from beginning to end whether you are selling or buying!! Rob my fiance originally tried online sites to sell his house in Gainsborough..what a total nightmare and disaster!! Went into Gainsborough and the moment we walked through the door, Sarah, Zoe, Naomi and team were just fantastic! Sarah took her team to actually view the house so everyone knew what they were selling!! Zoe sold it for us straight away and despite the difficulties in selling a brand new leasehold property, nothing was ever any bother!! Rob and I cant recommend them highly enough!! Thanks ladies as youre all lovely!!

Day three when i'm waiting for somebody to fix the boiler. I have called every day twice and all the time the same answer_the plumber will call you I cant cook food becouse dont have gas,i cant take a shower becouse no gas and nights are cold. I don't know what to think I think i wont pay my rent this week,then maybe somebody will come to fix the boiler This is just day three

Don't waste your time !! Told Us someone was coming to View escorted by a member of staff so took the afternoon off work waited and waited No estate agent and No one turned up to view. Was told perspective buyer had forgot then story changed to he bought the first house he looked at No apology, and didnt seem to be bothered it cost me a job losing me over £300. We were told All viewings supposed to be accompanied this is not the case and when they have been ive actually shown someone half way around before estate agent turned up. Recent Viewing was a Joke all the Novice 8 weeks on the job estate agent said to client was and i quote '' This is the Kitchen'' ''This is the bed room'' and so on throughout the entire house, No Really is it not obvious its a kitchen that's why there's a Cooker Fridge Freezer Sink etc Didnt even know the layout of the house shown someone into the downstairs WC saying this is a storage room. Had another call this morning asking if someone can come and view so once again ive not gone to work Luckily im self employed But losing money isnt good business. Lo and behold No one has got back to me so sat here like a fool typing this review. We have been messed about Lied to and Not had delivered what was promised. I personally would Not Recommend to anybody and defiantly will never use this company again,

I am so mad with these! We have been moved from our HOME of 7yrs! So that work that needed doing could be done! We was told by Andrew we would be back in within 6-8 weeks. We have returned every day to check progress and after 11 weeks one room has been done yet all the things we where told would be sorted for the past 7 years of inspection's hasn't! My daughter has been disrupted during her SATs and I have fibromyalia. I would think landlords would be happy to have tenants that DON'T cause problems and NEVER had rent arrears. when we moved in to the house it was wrecked but we made it nice and my husband has done more repairs aswel as caring for ma AND our daughter. Disappointed is an understatement and if I could put 0* I would but hopefully lovelles can rectify this nightmare that has been put on our family!😢😤😩

Charged me £1,200 (their minimum fee) to answer the phone and put an advert on Rightmove. In contrast my solicitor handled both the sale of my house; contracts, searches, registration etc etc, and the purchase of the next house, again legal paperwork/contracts /searches etc. For BOTH these jobs they charged me less than Lovelles charged me to answer the phone and put an advert on Rightmove. How can that be right? They (and let’s face it, it's not just them it’s all estate agents) charging more for one job, than solicitors charge for two jobs which require a hell of a lot more work? The entire Estate Agency industry in this country is just one license to print money.

This is the worst place I have rented from six months I complained about damp and the did nothing. Actually no wait they sent some round to fix a leaky window which we didn't have. We had to throw at least 300 pounds worth of clothes and sleep in the front room due to the amount of damp do not go with this company they will not do anything for you
