GoogleExcellent service (and very fast). I rang because I needed an emergency plumber (loo would not flush). I have always rented properties so I know a bit about 3rd party repairs. I rang LovelleBacons to request a plumber at 2pm. By 2.15pm, the plumber rang me and 20 mins later, was at the house fixing the toilet. This only took 5 minutes and is working fine now. So from me ringing to report repairs to actually getting them done, took about half an hour in total! I asked the plumber if he was hired by the actual landlord or LovelleBacons - he is LB's plumber so I have to give excellent credit where it's due. Thank you ladies! From a very happy tenant :)

GoogleWas purchasing a property through them, the property was made sold subject to contract, my solicitor was getting on completing the sale and then they allowed another offer to be accepted. One big waste of time and energy. Cameron showed very little empathy and Lucy who dealt with the sale never bothered to even call me. The worst experience I have had buying a property.
Hi Mr Warburton, We are so sorry to hear of this feedback. After reviewing the file, Lucy was on annual leave at the time the second party made a formal offer so Connor did take the lead in her absence. We apologise if Connor didn’t show empathy, we understand it’s never easy losing out on a property you wish to purchase. I’m not sure if you are aware but we do have a legal obligation to report all offers to a vendor and we then merely take instructions from there. It’s unfortunate at this time that the vendor did decide to accept another offer, unfortunately this is out of our control. We can understand why you are frustrated so do apologise for this, we wish you the best of luck in your property search and of course do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of further assistance. GoogleAn outstanding estate agent! We recently had outstanding service from Lovelle Bacons estate agents Grimsby office. Who sold our house for us and found us an apartment to rent. We originally invited two estate agents to value the property. One of those new online estate agents with a colourful name and a 'real' estate agent. We are very pleased we did this as Lewis's valuation was £50,000 more! We chose Lovelle Bacons and enjoyed their highly professional service. Within 48 hours our house was sold! I would particularly like to thank Lewis and James for their highly professional service. We then used Lovelle Bacon to find an excellent apartment to rent on a temporary basis. Once again we had excellent service from them and found an ideal apartment. Our experience with Lovelle Bacons was positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone as a very efficient outstanding, professional estate agents. We were very pleased we made the right choice and used a 'real' estate agent.
