GoogleSubmitted a pre application form which said I'd be contacted. Few days passed and I called, and was then sent another form, that I completed, and told I'd be contacted. Never was. All round waste of time!

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed in our service and communication. After further investigation we have found that there had been no viewings arranged on this property because of ongoing works. Georgia the Tenancy Manager tried to call you and email you on the 27th May in order to discuss this further with you. The number we have been given for you is a digit short so i feel this is why we may be unable to get through to you. GoogleExcellent customer service throughout the selling process. The Staff are very helpful and always polite. Regular updates provided and they went over and above chasing both solicitors. I Would highly recommend Lovelle Estate Agency to any prospective sellers.

GoogleIt took us 11 months to finally move house , with multiple buyers pulling out with the chaos that accompanies it. Our Sellers estate agent was Lovelles and during the entire time Lovelles, and especially Kerry, were amazing. If i could have paid my estate agents fees to them I would have done, as they were so helpful , so supportive , so involved , very much a bright light in an otherwise tumultuous process. Thank you .

GoogleAbsolutely A1. Though they were the agents for my sellers, the whole team of Natasha, Anya and Liam were so helpful and supportive. We had issues further down the chain but they did stirling work to try to get things moving and along with my own agents kept me posted and updated throughout. Natasha in particular should be commended for going beyond what she had to do I cannot thank her enough. I whole heartedly recomend them. Well done team you are a credit to your agency.

GoogleI have recently sold two properties with Lovelle Estate Agency in Lincoln in June/July of this year, (2022). Dealing with the staff in the Lincoln office, primarily Liam and Natasha, plus Anya and latterly Kerri, I found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. There was an issue with one of my properties, however, everyone should have a, 'Kerri', in their corner, as she took the pressure off me and dealt with the situation impeccably! If you are looking for a fantastic company to assist in the buying or selling of a property, look no further than these guys...a first class service from beginning to end! Thank-you so much. Damian.

GoogleWe went with Lovelle over other agents as we felt that Liam was more personable. We needed to get our property on the market quickly which was achieved. Liam or another member of the team were available when we had a query. Natasha was very helpful as we progressed in the process, helping us to chase the outstanding enquiries for our purchase as well as giving us regular updates on our sale.
