We have recently sold our property in North Hykeham. Tommy came to value our property, extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, came to take photos one afternoon, and the house was on the market a couple of hours later. Throughout the whole process the team kept us up to date with frequent emails and phone calls. We spoke with Hollie in the office a lot, and again, was brilliant with keeping in touch. Highly recommend this team and couldn’t be happier with their service.

Lee is second to none with his approach to buying and selling property, with superb attention to detail. He understands the market and has wider experience than just property itself, which he applies to ensure all parties are in a win-win situation. Most of all, Lee understands people and treats every single sale personally. This is why he is so successful. He retains a bank of information on what his clients actually want and he brings it to them efficiently, creating a smooth process with minimised risks. He keeps you updated every step of the way, but most of all, he keeps you calm! I cannot recommend both Lee and Craig enough, and wouldn’t work with anyone else. Complete game changers.

The Lovelle's team in Hykeham were nothing but helpful, cheery, honest and supportive. They worked so hard to sell Mum's home and found a buyer for us in the end - their local knowledge was indispensable. From the sales team through to the support team once we had an offer, I can't fault them - a brilliant team effort. I had lots of questions, and was always answered with patience and an excellent knowledge of the whole process. I'd recommend them to anyone selling a property locally and wish the team all the best.

I actually do not know where to start the whole service at Lovelle has been totally amazing.They even recommended and put us in touch with a super efficient and brilliant conveyancing team at Simply Conveyancing. Lovelle provided the whole package from start to finish.Always available on the phone when you needed them and ready to answer any questions about your sale with up to date correct information. Our sale to put it mildly was one of the most traumatic times of our lives the whole chain wanted to beat the 1st of April deadline for the increase in stamp duty. None of the trauma was caused by Lovelle but without their whole team especially Naomi who was just brilliant it simply would not have happened. Naomi went above and beyond chasing everyone in the large chain morning, noon and night, daily and weekly. Please Naomi’s boss give her a pay rise. So if you want an estate agent that will do exactly what they say they are going to do and support you through the whole process of moving home choose Lovelle, you will not be disappointed.

From the minute we put in our offer, we were kept informed of every detail of what was happening and was due to happen next. I am a bit of a worrier, but i spoke to Naomi and she listened, was patient, then found out all the information she could gather and as quick as she could. Reassuring me at every step. Some of the process my partner and I found extremely stressful but Naomi guided us like an old friend over a cup of tea which made our buying process a whole lot easier.

I have just purchased a property, which is the first time in my own. Lovelle were excellent throughout the process. The staff in the office are friendly and welcoming. They kept me informed of the progress at all times and couldn’t do enough to help. Bailey was the first agent to show me the property and was warm, friendly and helpful. I mainly dealt with Melody after and she was exceptional with advice, personable and also helped me to make a decision which suited myself. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.
