GoogleSo I was a customer to Lovelle for 5 years +, at one time they were very good but since the takeover they could not be worse. Multiple issues and quieres ignored and glossed over. Towards the end of my business with them I put in a formal complaint because I believe the way they acted was wrong and no one paying this company to look after a property should receive such service. That was on the 1st of August 2022. At the time of writing this 29/8/22 I have not even received acknowledgemet of my complaint. Disgusting company that deserve nobody's business.

GoogleThanks to Becky, Kate and all the team for outstanding customer service during the sale of my home, and throughout the long, twisting and turning road to the finish Becky has been so supportive and pulled out all the stops to chivvy along the sale, keep me informed of progress and provide a sympathetic ear when I've had mini meltdown moments.
