GoogleI would give 5* just to Chelsey from selling team, who was super, but we also got a property survey done with them different departments i think. which missed a giant crack in a very rocky banister which was very noticeable by just touching it so paid nearly 800 for a survey and missed something super noticeable which I've been quoted 1000+ to fix. i moved in with 4 children and now living with a safety hazard i can't afford to fix. I would give 0 * to conveyancing team. Chelsey is super duper, the conveyancing team i would not recommend at all.

Thank you for your comment on Surveys, however they are a completely separate business to Lovelle Estate Agency and have no ties with us. We are sorry you feel they are connected and hope this doesn’t effect your option towards the sales business. Whilst they are located on the third floor of our building , they are separately owned and runs owe cannot comment any further on this. The online conveyancing team which we partnered up with in order to creat Lovelle coveyencing, previously recommended by us to our customers had a noticeable change in performance and we reacted quickly to this and have since stopped referring any work to them from Lovelle Grimsby. We do now recommended a select few local firms of solicitors, who we have built up great relationships with and are confident they go above and beyond to service our clients. GoogleWould not recommend this agency to landlords wanting to rent out their properties. The flat above me is rented via Lovelle Bacon's to a nightmare neighbour who has made my life a living hell. The staff are very friendly when you call in to complain, but nothing actually gets done. This tenant has even tried to follow me in his car, resulting in the police getting involved and me feeling terrified in my own home and still Lovelle's have not acted. I have now done a land registry search to find out who owns this flat and if Lovelle Bacons continue to fail to act, then I will be contacting them directly to complain about this situation.

GoogleI would like to thank Lewis and his team for an amazing job on selling our house and finding the perfect property which will be our forever home.Yes it was stressful at times but Lewis and his team are there to help take that away, I have to give James Peacock a special mention he gave me reassurance when I needed it. Googlerecently purchased a property through Lovelle Bacons. The purchase was not straight forward and at times complicated and very stressful. I however cannot fault any service received by the staff in the Grimsby estate agency team. They went above and beyond to ensure that the sale progressed as smoothly as it could , and always responded to queries quickly , and chased solicitors for outcomes on our behalf, updating us every step of the way. Particular thanks to James and Sue who worked on our purchase. Top customer service and professional every step of the way, nothing seemed too much ,Thank you so much. Edit October 2021 ... Worked with the team at lovelle again recently for a house sale. Amazing service again, will definitely use in the future i wouldn't even approach a different estate agent. Fantastic team who can't do enough for you

Google5 star to Lewis at Lovelles, he was professional and went above and beyond even replying to emails late at night (out of the usual working hours), the pictures taken of our property were fabulous!! Thank you so much to all the team for the hard work and a record time of 9 weeks exactly from accepting an offer a week after it being advertised and our lovely buyers moving in!!

GoogleThere’s a reason, year in year out I see through the social media channels this Lovelle Grimsby team winning award after award. It was time to sell my second property, after team Lovelle sold my last property back in 2018 within 24 hours, following their hard work and achievements over the last few years I just had to appoint them as my agents once more. Lewis and his team promptly arranged a valuation, and listening to their advice I listed. Within 3 days, my house was sold and for much more then asking price. It isn’t a coincidence, it’s a result of hard work, knowledge of the area and great all round management of the listing from start to finish. Direct reviewsFrom the word go, when I decided to use Lovelle Estate Agency, I found all members off staff, to be friendly but professional, and they really seemed to care whether things were going well or not so well. I was always kept up to date on a weekly basis, about all activity and where we were at, right up to completion, and I always had confidence that the team had my best interests at heart.
