GoogleI used Lenwell for more than 20 years and were always happy with the service they provided. In recent years my elderly tenant became increasingly frail. The Lenwell team took a personal interest in her welfare, going far beyond what might have been expected of them.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing customer service from Malik. Due to the international move my situation had so many technical and legal formalities that i was worried about the whole process. But i was so lucky that i chose Lenwell luton as my agent. Since day one they had the most professional attitude. I had been to many high street agents before coming to Lenwell but they had the most honest and transparent process. I received the best service they made my international move so easy for me. We relocated from United Sates and it had many hurdles but my agent Malik made it so easy for us. He guided me every step of the way and did all the work for me. Its been months and to this day Malik is so prompt in replying to all my emails. I have emailed him for so many things but he was never fed up of my questions he is the best agent. Extremely professional and polite. The whole team in the office is just amazing Richard sharp and Jordan were amazing. Thank you so much for everything Malik. Highly recommended 5 star service and attitude :)

GoogleI usually do not take time to write reviews about landlords or their managing agents, however I felt I have to write something about Lenwell on this occasion as they really exceeded my expectations. I'm fully satisfied will Lenwell team and will definitely recommend them to any professionals who are looking to rent properties Lobdon. Big thanks to Ms. Holly Hayward who helped us a lot and showed the highest level of professionalism & transparency when dealing with any issue. I would like also to rate Mr.Dean ( the care taker) highly because he tends to go beyond his duties to satisfy all tenants. If we did not buy a new house I would have never left my flat @ Lenwell due to the overwhelming services received by their entire team - chaps: you really reinstated my faith in landlords / Renting agencies industry. GoogleOrribile experience with this agent, they never fix the problems in my house, when i left the house they didn’t give me back the deposit, i m doing a dispute to get back it. Don’t trust them !

Good morning, as per your tenancy agreement your landlord holds your deposit. If you are unhappy you can raise a dispute as you suggested. Unfortunately we have no control over the deposit. He also uses his own contractors. We are a go between in his case and pass any issues to him. He does not authorise us to use our own contractors sadly as you no doubt are aware. We hope your deposit issue is resolved swiftly with the tds/your landlord.

GoogleI have rented my house out with Lenwell for many years and would not use any other property agent. They have always ensured that the property is rented out quickly, carry out regular inspections and are on hand for advice when needed. They always deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. Particular thanks must go to Kate in the Bedford office. Lenwell provides an excellent service.
