GoogleHaving contacted a number of other letting agents who quite frankly showed little inclination to help, no interest in even asking for requirements and certainly no motivation to try and rent out their clients properties, it was genuinely a big relief to have contacted Lenwells. Both Michelle and Kate couldn't have been more helpful and the initial contact, viewing process and subsequent follow up was efficient and reassuring.

Dear Florin I am aware your deposit took a long time to return. However the landlord was utterly non responsive and we need authority to return the deposit. As you know we made the decision to return it regardless after a period of trying to make contact with her. We can only do our best and in this case I understand why you would be upset. I hope you and your family are well and wish you all the best. Update: thank you so much I hope you have a lovely weekend.

GoogleReported a faulty smoke alarm to them, said they would keep me updated, then they all went home & left me to deal with it, I live in a flat & have neighbours with small children very inconsiderate of them, very very poor service

I can confirm that Lenwell was in conversation with your landlord to get this matter resolved as your landlord generally has his own contractors. After further communications this morning, with your landlord. Lenwell has sourced a contractor able to carry out this work, and he should be attending today 02/10/19. Apologies that a member of staff did not get back to you last night. I hope this helps and when the issue is resolved perhaps you could look at removing or modifying the review. We would really appreciate it. Many thanks Update: the alarm issue has been rectified within 24 hours.
