GoogleWe have been using Lenwells for many years now and they always offer a great service when managing our properties ... I have always had a very good relationship with many members of the staff and Kim Horsler has always been very helpful and always manages to help solve any problems that arise with tenants..... taking the pressures away from me and dealing with them professionally. I would recommend Lenwells to any landlords thinking of using them.

GoogleAs a tennant , I contacted Holly at Lenwell regarding a couple of issues at the property. An electrical fault in the garage and a malfunctioning dish washer. Both issues were resolved in a matter of days without fuss and with efficency, resulting in a very satified tennant . Thanks Holly for sorting .

GoogleI contacted lenwells regarding an issue with my cooker hood at my property . I received an email from Kim Horsler very quickly and advise me on some steps she would need to help me I responded to her email and she again responded very quickly and managed to solve my problem very quickly and easily. I know if I have any other problems I can contact Kim and her team and they will get it resolved many thanks Kim !

GoogleWe recently shifted our residence and our lettings agent were Lenwell. I must say the Lenwell Team have provided us with exceptional service. Abi and Matthew in the MK office have been amazing in their work and have always helped us in the smallest of the details while moving. The team has been really kind to accommodate all our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to go with Lenwell as their lettings agents. Definitely one of the top notch letting agents.

GoogleFrom experience everyone has been very professional and responsive at Lenwell from bottom up. Ive used them for over 7 years I think if not more. Kim has been looking after my property for some time and has usually managed things without my knowledge and just got things done as I live abroad with zero headache and if she can manage anything without my knowledge she does limiting any stress for me she knows when to inform me of anything important and handle any trivial things with Tennent, which is what I appreciate. Shes prompt and professional in sorting things out quickly and efficiently

GoogleDue to the time of trying to look for a larger home and in the midst of covid 19 out break. I think lenwell in milton keynes and abby and mat where both very professional people and caring and understanding and both helped at every point of the viewing and when they could.
