GoogleHelpful Agent. Moved in a week after they took my first weeks rent, to Room 2 - 27 Albion Street Dunstable.The week I moved in another Spanish girl moved out as she had confrontation with another Tenant Jane that thinks she runs the house putting notes on doors and in communal areas. How ever its ok for her to leave her clothes and was basket in the kitchen shoes outside your door and in the time I was there did no cleaning at all? But don't leave your coffee out in the kitchen or food in the fridge as she tells you it has gone off and throws it away? Was in hospital and on return had left my keys in my room, called them and they said an agent would come out, they did and left most of my personal possessions on a family members drive, was then told I could not move back in, no notice given. 2 days later I arranged to meet the agent to collect the rest of my possessions including food stuff in fridge, this has been all put in black bags fresh canned and dry food all mixed up and thrown into black bin liners and left in the bin store for maggots to develop, had to throw most of it away. Agent was OK but watch out for the tenant called Jane, the local council are not looking into an illegal eviction procedure, as no notice given or reason!

GoogleOverall, it is very smooth working with Lenwell. Whenever there is an issue at the property such as a maintenance issue, they contact us promptly and if we are unable to deal with the issue, they get someone to look at it very quickly. Also, whenever we have requested any paperwork from Lenwell, the staff have been very helpful. I liaise more with Kim Horsler and find her to be very professional, prompt and helpful.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe had a viewing with this lovely lady Tatiana who was very kind and professional, she have explained all the terms and procedures very clearly. Unfortunately we found the property too small for our needs. However we were so pleased to collaborate with her and we are definitely looking forward to hear back from her once she has something more suitable for us. GoogleMe and my partner have just started renting (we move in Sunday!) with the help of Lenwell. Michelle has been such a pleasure to work with straight from the first viewing, she was so friendly, would get back to us promptly and help all she could to help us move in as soon as possible. GoogleMaintenance drag their feet. Horrible service. Everytime I call them its lies after lies and never a proper date to get work carried out.

Please can you provide the property details or contact us directly so we can try to resolve this.To make a proper complaint contact andrew@lenwell.com. Please keep in Mind we take instructions from our landlords and then need to find an available contractor (COVID has made this harder) and it may not be our fault that there is a delay.
