GoogleInquired about a property to rent, sales agent named Carly was so unprofessional. She made assumptions and decided to act on behave of the owner and refuse to show me the property before I had the chance to show her my finances. As someone who just moved back to the Uk I was hoping renting would be an easy process but Carly at Lenwell made it very difficult and turned me down immediately. This has been the worse experience ever, having dealt with so many real estate companies all over the world I’m shocked at the level of service by Lenwell. I did match the criteria as I agreed to paying 6 months rent up front as suggested by agent, she changed her mind and then say no that won’t work either. So basically there is no way to qualify for a property.
Dear Maryam, Carley advised you that the landlord had strict criteria for their choice of tenant. You did not match the criteria unfortunately. Sorry that we were unable to help you with that specific property. If you had continued the call before terminating it we may have been able to offer an alternative property where the landlord was more flexible. We can only work to our landlords instructions.we wish you all the best finding a property at this difficult time where landlords are being extremely cautious.
