i,ve had an viewing appointment last saturday.i went from london to luton in a rainy day but when i arrived there no one came to the place and i call them in the place for more than 10 times but they didnt respond.This is absolutely disrespectful and irresponsible.

Hi Arsalan I have spoken to the office who had left a message cancelling your viewing. Apologies that you did not listen to the message before you travelled to Luton. I have to say Lenwell and In particular Mollie , have been excellent in their dealing with me and my anxiety over my oven . Very good at responding to emails and phone calls and really went the extra mile to help us Always recommend Lenwell and staff are always helpful and very understanding .
