GoogleThis was the first time that I have rented through a letting agency and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. It went far smoother than I expected and the agent Michelle was excellent. There were a couple of small niggles with the property but these were resolved with the minimum of fuss. It is still early days though so I will reserve my full judgement.

GoogleI had some problems with oven not working and i have contacted and spoke before the pandemic with another agent who did nothing to fix it (never sent anyone as promised). This time i was luck that my email was picked up by Kim Horsler ( not sure if i picked up the name right) and she was very effective and straightforward. Thank you very much and im happy to say that Lenwell is has the best property service department. I have been previously with other agencies and the weren’t at the same level of commitment , quality and effectiveness!
