GoogleThe above rating is for Kim Horsler my managing agent who is very responsive and gets things done when requested. I still have some outstanding queries with "the company"not Kim, but this may be down to the virus complicating life at Lenwell.

GoogleI have been letting a property in Dunstable for nearly 25 years. The letting company I was originally with has changed hands many times in that period and for several years now has been owned by Lenwell. Throughout the most recent changes, Kim has remained as my managing agent and has continued to provide me with a professional and reassuring contact. Lenwell has been particularly good at coping with the Covid-19 crisis, and I feel my investment is in safe hands.

GoogleOur rental property has been managed by Lenwell for a number of years and I have always found all the staff extremely attentive, responsive and helpful. GoogleI have been a Lenwell tenant for many years having lived in my property for 14 years. I have always received an excellent service Holly Hayward however has been an asset to Lenwell. She is friendly, professional and gets the job in hand done super quickly! Dean the caretaker is also especially helpful his knowledge of all things maintenance is amazing. I always feel comfortable knowing Dean is on hand to fix/install anything in my home. Thank you Lenwell here's to many more years x

GoogleWe rented a property with Lenwell over a year ago. And this we have renewed with them without problem. From the initial moment the whole team has been attentive and very honest. They are the most honored company with which we have participated in London. And we would like to highlight the human and personal character with which they treat their tenants. I would especially like to highlight Holly Hayward. For her part, whenever we have had any kind of difficulty, she has given us an almost immediate response to solving the problem. And this is really appreciated. The houses are as shown in the photos. They are well cared for, do spot checks, and the handyman in the homes is a wonderful person. I would not hesitate to have this equipment if you will need to move my home to look for another home in the future. Count on them !!

GoogleUsually, when it comes to renting or buying a property, there's a lot of hassle involved. But not with these guys. They're very professional, friendly, always happy to help, prompt with their answers in case of enquiries, and able to give you advice in case you need it. Abbigail Bell is the lady that has been in charge with myself and my partner (we are renting an apartment through Lenwell) and I can honestly say that she made the whole experience better than I expected. She's been so nice, helpful, and the reason I have so many good words to say about this Agency. There's no way you could ever fault this lady. I'll definitely recommend going through Lenwell. Overall, I'm very happy with how things went!
