GoogleExtremely poor service. Two of my friends used their service and recently rented a property in which the boiler doesn’t work. The agency doesn’t quite understand the rights of a tenant and how the property should be handed to someone letting it. When my friends complained about this broken boiler the agent had the audacity to say that they must YouTube how to fix the boiler and do it themselves otherwise if the issue was minor they would be charged. Mr agent, should himself watch that YouTube video and get that fixed, after all, it’s his business and Mr agent must understand that the tenants have moved in a week ago, so there is no chance that they have broken the boiler. I think this agency needs some revision on how to let and how to deliver customer service. Oh yes, Mr agent also asked my friends to leave him a 5 star review on google (right after they moved in, and he made sure that the review was given in his presence) well, Mr agent shouldn’t force 5 star review for such pathetic service. Now I wonder if all 5 star reviews are fake and forced?

GoogleWe dealt with Malik the assistant branch manager and he was amazing, the help and support he provided to ensure everything was sorted. Very friendly and well mannered would recommend leaders to everyone who needs to find somewhere to move as the whole experience was really easy and pleasant.
