GoogleHad issues with our property over in winslow and our 'property manger' couldn't manage a pissup I brewery, I'm still awaiting a response and help from my initial complaint and phone call and we've already over out of the property. Absolutely useless service! Go direct to the Buckingham branch, they are a million times more professional and better in every way.

GoogleNever quite know if a company will live up to the reviews online but the service I received from Suzanne was fantastic, she went above and beyond to help myself and my husband. Nothing was too much trouble and kept us in the loop all the time, I couldn't recommend her more and will certainly tell my family and friends about the amazing customer service received.

GoogleWe reached out to leaders, when our property in Northampton had become problematic. We meet with Jolanta and gave her the break down of our current situation. Jolanta was the only professional out of all we reached out to that not only supported us with HMO but awaited patiently until we had possession of our property. once we could hand the keys over to Jolanta & Lillian and the team the property was turned round in a month. I can not recommend Jolanta & Lillian more highly as experts and professionals that others should aim to.

Googlecalled up the office the staff member was very rude and unhelpful. She kept raising her voice every time I asked her a question. Please keep your staff members in check as I was a new time landlord and looking to buy & sell my properties.

GoogleI had a viewing at a property in Dunstable 2 weeks ago . I was met by two lovely young ladies Molly and Lauren who showed me around the property. They were very professional and I did not feel rushed unlike some other company’s I have viewed houses with , they gave me all the relevant information I needed and felt like if I had any further questions I could easily reach out . Fantastic estate agents highly recommend
