GoogleThey are terrible. The worst agents I have had to deal with. They were better off when they had the Lenwell Staff & management. They never sort your queries. You are assigned a property manager who acts like they care about your complaints but does absolutely nothing or forgets your issues until you bombard again with calls. Terrible experience with this letting Agent. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. If I could rate them 0/5, I would.

GooglePros: The value for money is definetely the biggest pro on this agency. For 470 you get a huge room with sink and already furnished. Very convinient places, always close to amendities and transport. Very helpful for quick questions and small queries. Good quality of living and other tenants. Cons: In the specific property I was living the furniture were bolted to the wall. Which is okay but literally for 2cm I couldn't have a great workstation setup. Not a big deal though. You deal directly with the agency not the landlord. Again this is not a big deal but I think it should be good to know at least with what kind of person you are dealing. Now the biggest thing I struggled the most was getting my deposit back and a piece of my overpaid rent. Communication was pretty pure. I emailed maybe 3-4 times before I get an reply back. Until I got reffered to a Head of Property that took my case a little bit more seriously. I wouldn't mind if it was like 100 pounds I was owed and they are gonna be a little late but we are talking for around 800 pounds. Overall an Okay experience if I ever get the chance to rent with this company I will hope I get a better experience overall.PositiveQuality, Value

GoogleMy renting procedure was very easy, thanks to Ralph Wilkinson. Helped give me all the details I needed and answered all my questions as well as made sure the property agreement fit all my needs. He aslo showed me around the property and was very professional and lovely. I also annoyed him and went to the office for help with things in the property, he helped me with that too.
