GoogleExtremely rude unprofessional agent just because I couldn't met there criteria he was trying to make me look lower on the call. I asked if I can fit in some other properties he said no we don't do hmo even though I never asked for hmo its 3 adults and 2 kids and we looking for 3 bedroom house. My household income makes more then there acceptance looks like he is a bit bias and want to help only selective people. I'll spread the words in luton area not to deal with these guys as I got a big social background
