GoogleI was wondering how a professional agency can employ people to attend their first call to simply harass the customer who is calling. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life to talk to such a mannerless person, who discriminated against me and abused me verbally. This kind of people will destroy an organisation.

GoogleOverall I have not had a problem, however, today when trying to get hold of my property manager I was told that I would receive a call back 3 times in one day, I called again 30 minutes before closing time and was told that I would hear back tomorrow. Appalling customer service.

GoogleVery very bad experience with leaders as the property was dirty upon taking it. Morgan did not respond to any emails or did not speak to us after the deal was sealed. She moved us in and haven’t had any contact. She did not show us how the heating system works. She said she would clean it before we move in and we have had several problems here. I have tried emailing Morgan as well as the agency and nobody responded. Every time I called I was told it has to be done through a portal. Morgan Cummins dumped us in the property without a clean and then when we raised an email she did not respond. No access to the the heating, the meter readings or electricity. She did not communicate with the landlord on our behalf. We suffered without heating and electricity. This is very bad customer service from an agent.
