GoogleGood experience with Leaders, Dean was helpful and informative letting us in and out the property at the times we needed throughout the sale. Speedy contact with the seller with no messing about, had an offer accepted quickly and felt looked after from start to finish. Also CPFC fans so obviously they are good bunch of people.

GoogleFantastic experience with Leaders Forest Hill thus far and confident that this will continue. Selwyn has assisted us with any issues that we have had in a prompt and helpful manner. He managed to negotiate some furniture for us and has since been on hand to ensure this is delivered and set up quickly. His response along with the rest of the team has always been really warm and attentive and they come back quickly with solutions not push backs. Would recommend for sure!

GoogleLeaders Forest Hill branch have been excellent in their service. I had a very short time frame in my move (5 days) and the team at Forest Hill made the transition into my new home very easy. Both Selwyn and Michael were on hand at every point I needed assistance or had a query. Furthermore, they provided a thorough explanation of the process and agreements and I was left feeling very at ease with the whole thing, when moving can be quite stressful. Jenny was also very helpful when it came to understanding and completing the administration and contractual process. I could not recommend the team at Leaders, Forest Hill enough.

GoogleAs first time landlords Jenny guided us through all the steps we needed to take and was generous with time, advice, and support, even before we'd signed anything that guaranteed Leaders as our agents. Selwyn and Michael handled our negotiations, working into their free time at the weekend to get things settled. Our property went on the market on Wednesday, we had five viewings on Saturday morning, and it was let that same day. We would definitely recommend Leaders so far!

GoogleI've been dealing with Lydia and I must say she's been amazing at helping me resolve issues I've had at my rented property. Some past experiences with other letting agents have left a lot to be desired, but the team at leaders, specifically Lydia, is always so helpful. I always get a response in a timely manner and no request or query is too much trouble. Thank you Lydia for taking the headache out of living in a rented home. You're an asset to the team :)

GoogleThis review is purely for Amie, who has changed our experience of property management at Leaders. Amie is helpful, responsive and reliable -all you would want in a property manager. She has facilitated an excellent relationship between ourselves and our landlords, even though they live overseas. Amie is quick to respond and update on matters, when needed and does so in a friendly and helpful way. She co-ordinates communications between tenants, landlords and contractors excellently and seeks win-win solutions. She demonstrates an excellent understanding of the needs of all parties. She is a huge asset to Leaders, the experience of property management has changed so much since she came on board. We will be sad to no longer be dealing with her.
