GoogleWe had a great experience with Selwyn from Leaders Forest Hill. They were very professional and did seem to enjoy what they do. The process was quick, straightforward and mostly online. The description of the flat was funny and it made us laugh which is not something you normally associate with an Estate Agency experience.

GoogleI was referred to Leaders through a friend and even though they were not the most local estate agent, they did a great job of marketing my place. I found their staff to be welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic, and most importantly they were really thorough with everything. Compared to the other estate agents I spoke to, Leaders were the least pushy and 'salesy' of the lot, and I found them to be very down-to-earth. They also sourced a tenant for me quicker than expected, so I'm really happy with the service I got. I'm an overseas landlord so clarity and speed of communication is really important to me. My property manager Amie has been really great with keeping me up to date with things and alerting me of any issues. I couldn't ask for better service!

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Leaders. Initially Selwyn enabled us to find the perfect place to rent - we like it so much we have been there for four years! Additionally Selwyn was extremely helpful and ensured the process was quick and hassle free. Another special mention goes to our property manager Amie, who always responds quickly and gets things sorted out. Particularly useful for times when washing machines break or keys get jammed in the door... Thank you Leaders!

GoogleI have been using Leaders for many years now. They are helpful, friendly and professional. I've found them to often go beyond what one would expect from an agent, to deliver a superlative service to both me and my tenants. They have lots of competition in the lettings market but I think they stand head and shoulders above the rest, Their lettings team is really strong - particularly Lydia, who seems to get things done at the speed of light!

GoogleI rent one of the properties that it is in Forest Hill! Selwyn (one of the agents) was really helpful as I was looking desperately to find a house! He supported me with the online applications and whenever I need his help, he is very supportive and responding to my calls and emails immediately! GoogleThe initial process to viewing and renting house was very smooth but as soon as moved into the property the service was absolutely horrendous and very stressful. Simple requests were refused, we had to chase for weeks and weeks for basic safety/maintenance items to be done that Leaders told us on day of moving in that they wanted to fix. On asking if we could safely store the landlord’s lightshades as we were bumping our heads on them (and to use our own) our property manager told us ‘no’ and that we shouldn’t have rented the house if they were going to be a problem even though they weren’t in place when we viewed the property! We fed back to management several times on our various issues and they couldn’t care less. I would NEVER use Leaders again.

GoogleSelwyn showed me round the property and was a pure joy. really giving me time in each room to really see what I would be living in. Great energy and smile - really put a confidence into the viewing. The flat was a little out of our price range or we would 10000% be signing for the place! Would recommend to anyone !

GoogleMy recent move was one of the easiest things I’ve done this year, Selwyn was amazing, he was punctual and very professional during viewings and he made himself available to answer my many questions. I was able to move within two weeks of viewing the property. The property itself was exactly as described on the website. the website itself was clear, easy to understand and navigate. The process was very electronic. I was able to send documents and complete requests on the go. I would definitely recommend Selwyn and his team at leaders to anyone looking for a smooth move.

GoogleI'll paint a picture for you. I had probably visited over 20 flats, most of which did not look anything like the photos on estate agency websites. Moreover, the majority of the letting agents I met with were either unkind, didn't want to be there, or as trustworthy as used car salesmen. Then, I came upon a listing (which was accurately represented) and the two agents I worked with James and Selwyn were the best. They worked out a great deal for me, and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. Not to mention Selwyn worked on my deal until 10pm the same day I viewed the property. If this doesn't represent quality service, I'm not sure what does.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Selwyn and Lydia for years. They have both been very professional and always calm us down when we are stressed in between tenancies and our flat is empty. They always find us tenants and so far always nice ones. They help guide us through the rules too. We have been with them for nearly ten years!

As tenants, they provided us with every scrap of information we could possibly need and were always there to answer questions when needed! Selwyn in particular was brilliant, he made sure the whole process was as easy as it could be and went as smoothly as possible. Since moving in, again they've always been there to answer questions when needed and are always pleasant to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more.
