As first time renters we had little knowledge of what we needed to do, however Tess was so helpful and supportive in explaining everything to us in detail, and was more than happy to help with any questions we had! GoogleUpdate: We have since moved out of this flat after multiple issues that Leaders were slow, inattentive and inefficient at resolving - not ideal when your bedroom ceiling is leaking during a week long rainfall. Would not recommend. Old: Great and attentive service from Amy from first enquiry right up to our move date. Happy in our new home now and would recommend to anyone.
