GooglePaddy and Charlotte provided us with an excellent service. They made selling our cottage a smooth process despite the inevitable highs and lows of property transactions. Their advice was always honest and constructive and they were always available to answer our questions or provide progress updates. With their help we were able to complete the sale within 10 weeks of accepting an offer.

GoogleFirstly I would like to thank Nikki and Ed for the help in selling our family home, Ed came and did the first lot of paperwork and then Nikki took over and I can tell you it was stress free it took three months to sell. The team were friendly and very helpful I would recommend these to anyone who is wishing to sell there home.5 huge stars

GoogleNikki was extremely professional from the get go. She was very informative when showing us the house in a friendly yet professional manner and gave us plenty of time to view; there was no sense of being rushed. All through the purchase process she has been very helpful and also very understanding when there was a hiccup our end - which was not local to Bognor Regis. If Nikki wasn't available Ed was also extremely helpful and knew where we were in the process. All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone locally aiming to sell their property.

GoogleEstate agents can get a fairly bad rap at times but I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with all of the team at K&C. From the initial meeting with Tim at our home to discuss the marketing of our property it was clear that K&C take a very proactive approach and don't simply just rely on what other properties have sold for in the local area. Their appraisal of our property was truly bespoke and based on their expert knowledge of the property market. Once we decided to go with K&C the communication at all phases was exemplary. Bruno, Jena, and Reece are absolute professionals who are very easy to talk to and are genuinely interested and invested in not only the sale of your house but also your onward property search. Not at any point during the sale of our property did we feel under pressure to sell so K&C could get their commission, in fact the team constantly reassured us that the right house would come along and not to force\rush into a purchase. I would not hesitate in recommending K&C to anyone, you will not be disappointed by the level service you receive. They will be the only estate agents we use in the future. TrustpilotUnbelievably rude and untrustworthy
Think before you send your passport, driving licence and details of your financial accounts to this lot. I found them very unpleasant and untrustworthy. The manager became aggressive with me when I refused to increase an offer, started shouting at me and then flung the phone down. Very unprofessional.

Manager never in when I telephoned. Many lies told, no customer service, even when I raised some on going issues as a complaint. It did not bother anyone that potentially I had lost almost thirty thousand pounds, when too aborted sales came and went, and nobody showed the slightest bit of concern.
