GoogleI am so happy with how the sale of my house went. It was swift and professional. The staff were doing thier utmost to achieve . Always friendly too and there to answer any questions. Thomas and Owen really pulled it out of the bag to negotiate a great sale.

Andy specifically helped us getting us a dream house, really like his way of handling things and support throughout the process upto entering in the house. GoogleBecky has been an angle sent from God to us. Moving can be stressful but with her the process was easy and relaxing. She was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process which led to us getting the house which we hoped for. She really went the extra mile to assist us and was very responsive. I recommend everyone to give Kings and Chasemore agents a call for your next property search! I am more than blessed to have the whole team of King and Chasemore still dealing and supporting me through my stay in the house. Very grateful !🥰🙏🏾

GoogleI brought my property several years ago through king & Chasemore and I thought they were really professional. I recently decided to rent my property out and I cannot fault the service I recieved. The team- especially Andy and Becky went above and beyond and the whole process was seem less. They had tenants lined up for me immediately and they even helped me with the moving process. 10/10 - have already recommended them to my friends and family. If you are thinking of renting out your property I would 100 percent recommend them. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me!!!

Cowboy outfit. Found a property we liked, and was bidding against another buyer. They asked for best and final offers, which was fine. We were told we won the bidding process, but because it was so close, they re-opened the bidding, we then increased our offer again and one the second round. All fine, but annoyed with the re-opening of the bidding, within a day we gave all the info/id for background checks, instructed a solicitor and surveyor and applied for a mortgage. Then a week later the called to say that they were now offering the house to the other party (They were agents acting for their corporate team, so effectively agents and vendor) Something very doggy went on in this process. They have zero integrity and simply cannot be trusted
