GoogleWould not recommend this agency. They over evaluated property. 6 months sole agency and only had 2 viewings in that timeframe. Not very good estate agents; However, the mortgage broker was helpful and informative.

GoogleEverything was very easy and we had no problems at all. Making it less stressful for us. Jess was outstanding though out the process. Andy was so accommodating during the property visit. GoogleI have used this agency for several properties. Things seem to be going downhill in the past few years, deadlines are never met, maintenance issues are slow to be managed, property visits are rarely conducted. Always an excuse or colleagues pass the buck. I have to chase every aspect of our rental. Be cautious.

GoogleAt the beginning of the year we bought a house being marketed by King and Chasemore. All the staff members were excellent, but we dealt mainly with Lorna who was just brilliant at liaising between all the different parties. Moving is always a difficult time but Lorna's warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
