GoogleI found Nicola Wardrop and her Team in Bognor to be more than helpful from the start. Unfortunately, due to the 'incompetence' of Solicitors acting for the Vendor, things got off to a slow start. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Nicola, and she dealt with the problem immediately. When further problems came to light, again caused by Solicitors incompetence and lack of response, Nicola engaged with my Solicitor and resolved the problem immediately. Her willingness to engage and keep things moving, enabled my Solicitor to bring this to a successful conclusion. I found Nicola to be extremely helpful - and never avoided the issue. Having bought and sold over a dozen properties in the last 45 years, she stands out as being the most obliging Agent I have ever dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody considering her services. Thank you Nicola.

GoogleWhat a super team at K&C!! Vicky, Zoe and James were so helpful and kind throughout the whole sale process. I had some bad luck with buyers pulling out which threatened the future sale if the property I was buying. They kept communication with the agents from that property and pulled out all the stops to secure new buyers. Throughout the whole process they went above and beyond and did everything with a positive attitude and a smile. Highly recommend

GoogleThe King and Chasemore lettings team have been great in finding us a tenant. Within a couple of days of the listing going live there were multiple viewings and offers on the table. With the tenant moving in shortly after. Great Service and looking to working with the team in the future.
