GoogleI would like to say a huge thank you to Anca, who has assisted us from day one. She has been there every step of the way, supporting us in every possible way. To say that she was professional, is an understatement! It would not do her justice. She is passionate, she is dedicated, you can see how much she loves her job and how proud she is of the homes she has to offer to her clients. Not only she is knowledgeable, but her willingness to share information, her drive to see us happy and answer all of our questions is what made the difference for us. Quite frankly, she is a big part of why we have decided to buy this home - we did not know what we wanted and she was the one who showed us our dream home. GoogleVery unprofessional post-completion behaviour from their part. Even though they presented a discriminatory attitude and they created a breach of contract, they won’t admit their mistake, having us lose loads of time, energy and money with outgoing complaints for more than couple of months already. Keepmoat only cares about the survey, and as soon as you’ve mentioned on NHBC survey that you wouldn’t recommend them, they stop pretending to care/help. From the moment we’ve started having issues, they have been trying to steal time, replying to each email 10-14 days later (which is totally unacceptable) and providing standard responses for the questions they have chosen to reply to. We would advise checking your contracts dozens of time together with the plans, as they tend to deviate from the plan and nobody informs the customer. The only positive experience we’ve had was with Senior sales executive, Anca, she’s been amazing and professional since day 1, it’s a shame her work is overshadowed by the rest of Keepmoat’s work. From this point onwards, we have been instructed by NHBC to contact the Consumer Code and if nobody will help, plan on taking legal action against all these ‘gaslighting’ situations Keepmoat creates.NegativeResponsiveness, Punctuality, ProfessionalismServicesGarage construction, Home building
