GoogleSeems 'Martin' the sales advisor needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Called in to view showhome and after me and the wife asked to have a look around he told me 'Well Yeah, but you will have to be quick I've got an appointment, you can come back another time or make an appointment' Had to go to Doncaster to view showhome and was welcomed with open arms. GoogleThis has to be one of the worse things experience of my life. I’ve been home owner with keep moat just over a year now. I’ve had 3 dodgy toilets that have all needed sorting/replacing. I’ve also had shower room leak. Always chasing up plumbers never turn up, also found out that I’ve had small leak now for few months to be told it’s due to the bath and the sealant coming off. They are refusing to do the work and fix it for me when I’ve only been in house for a year, I’m not being funny but if a bath tub is sealed properly it should be coming apart within a year also had this with the shower room 3 months ago yet they fixed that after constantly getting onto them. Company is poor full of excuses would not recommend buying of them. Already looking at selling due to poor workmanship on property. GoogleVery Happy with our new Keepmoat home. Gaynor Sales Advisor was very supportive, moving house is a stressful event. Dale our site Manager was brilliant, spent time with us prior to the move demonstrating how everything works. He was patient , very professional and ensured our house was immaculate for when we moved in. He takes great pride in his work and is focused on good customer service and always gives 100%. Any snags we found were re rectified as soon as possible. Laura Customer Service Manager also very supportive. The workers on site are very respectful of our homes and take pride in their work. Highly recommend Keepmoat Homes.

GoogleMoved here in 2020 and absolutely love it. Was hesitant after living close to a town centre before but do not miss it one bit. A short walk to supermarkets with access to fields and nice walks into Horbury or Ossett. Rarely hear the motorway but I’m at the top end of the development so cannot speak for everyone. Great for transport links and the neighboured is very friendly. Glad I moved here and see us living here for a long time

GoogleWell after six year the estate that was the woodlands is still not adopted due to shody workmanship and everything being wrong on the estate. They are building up the road from there called elder gsrdens it's a joke stay clear .

GoogleLovely estate been built, just visited family here who moved from South. But are you going to fit EV chargers on the estate as this would have been good for us to charge our electric car overnight before leaving in the morning to travel South again.

GoogleI did some work for a customer on this site, I thought I would comment on the quality of brickwork compared to what you normally see on new builds. It makes a nice change to see pride being taken in the brickwork. I also spoke with the site manager to get a bit of info about the job I was doing and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Keep up the good work keepmoat.
