Can not fault the service she provides - professional and trustworthy and always cheerful and happy to help with any concerns you have, taking the pressure off of what can be a stressful experience. GoogleMy wife and I were most impressed by all the help, patience and courtesy shown by every member of the Dunmow team. They showed us round several properties until we found the one we wanted. It was not an easy transaction chiefly due to problems at our end, but at no time was any impatience shown. As we are both in our seventies, Heaven forbid we would wish to go through this again, but, if we did we would be sure to chose InterCounty. Many thanks.

GoogleMy husband and I have used intercounty on many occasions for both sales and Lettings. I cannot fault them. Andrew is always a great manager and very on the ball. We have just sold our house through them and I have to say a very very special thank you to Jenny and Lois. They both went above and beyond to push everything through, dealing with adversity and me constantly calling. Their customer service is the best I’ve come across, they genuinely care about their customers. If I was staying in Essex, I’d never use any other agent. Those girls kept me sane. I also need to say Helen in Lettings has dealt with another of our properties that we rent out and she is also excellent at dealing with the Lettings side of things. What a great team in Dunmow. Alex

bought the property through the agent and experienced extremely supportive and accommodating attitude to honour the need of the customer be it buyer / seller. Interacted with Jack and Doug and both are outstanding in terms of customer relationships and would mostly be available over the phone. Doug as a sales progressor helped us get over the line when there were significant challenge in connecting with bottom of the chain and chasing every day from pillar to post. I am sure anyone else would have got irritated with the number of calls / chase I did to Doug to seek update on a daily basis, however Doug has always been patient and provided needed update as and when was available. excellent services with Jack available to arrange the appointment we sought to visit the property at numerous occasions.

Awful communication skills and poor customer service They charge for everything even renewing the same contract every 6 monthsAll in all very disappointed with the service from Intercounty and will not be renting from them in the future!
Thank you for your feedback, we are fortunate to receive very positive feedback in the main so are not dismissive of anything negative. I have taken a look at our notes and can certainly see regular communication between the landlord, our property management team and yourselves however I am very happy to look at this further if you wish to contact me, jamessutton@intercounty.co.uk. Wherever possible a 12 month renewal is offered which would incur less charges and I understand this was the case. All charges are set out in writing prior to entering any agreement to ensure there is a clear expectation.

When challenged Intercounty stated that 'Things change'. Landlord agreed that I could leave early but Intercounty still withdrew a full months rent from my account even though they said they would not. No Integrity, no scruples. BEWARE!!

Intercounty helped me find my first home! Everyone always answered my phone calls and even texted me when convenient when I was a work and couldn’t answer the phone. And questions I had big or small there was always someone there, right from how to pay my bills to setting up insurance for my contents and my self! But a special thank you to Dom and Luke and the other man who’s name I can’t remember at Braintree for their professionalism throughout and of course their constant banter and entertainment making a stressful situation enjoyable and unforgettable!
