A very professional company

A very professional company. We have worked with Intercounty for 12 years on our letting of our property. They were very quick to find tenants and careful getting references. When we decided to sell our property we thought that we would give them a chance as sole agents. They quickly found suitable purchasers and got the sale which went smoothly. Kat Keats has been brilliant at managing our property and it’s always such a pleasure to speak to her. Kat is so capable, pragmatic, efficient and very trustworthy. When Kat took a break from the business things definitely went astray and we were so grateful when she came back. With Kat we always felt the property was well looked after. Doug is very personable and easy to deal with. Although we were not a direct client of his, as we were the buyers, he did treat us like one. We had a very lengthy house purchase, and during the 9 months I think I spoke more to Doug than my husband. He was very good at keeping us in the loop and providing regular updates.We also really rate James, he is very down to earth and he offered us lots of good advice. If we were to sell in the future, I would want to use him. I think his career in real estate will go far and I can see him heading up a branch one day in the not so near future.
