GoogleBrilliantly genuine Team. Many thanks to Eloise, Sam and Rhys but I already know they work in tangent as a unit. Speaking as a tenant. The team will work with you regardless of your circumstances, to find you the best possible outcome, financially, statistically, aesthetically - whether it’s short term, long term or half term! They actually go out of their way to get it done. (E.g my car was in the garage, prospective viewing was quite far, (but perfect!) Eloise gave me a lift there and back despite her having to finish late) - Sam also would have offered & had given me a lift to see another viewing before. Quick referencing process. Fantastic communication. Honest and realistic. No hidden fees. Compassionate towards your individuality. All hands on deck to bring a great result for all parties. GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Intercounty letting our property. We worked with Blake Kingston. We met several people from different estate agents and Blake was the stand out of these. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the area and the market, he understood the pros and cons of our property, he was proactive, friendly and professional. But above all he was honest and realistic about what he thought we could get in the current market. Once we agreed to let with him, the proactivity and honesty continued throughout the process of finding a tenant. Even in a tough market he secured us the monthly rental price we needed. GoogleKerry Hill was our agent selling our house and was absolutely brilliant! We were with another local agency before and only had 6 viewings in 3 months, as well as poor feedback and advice. We changed to Intercounty with Kerry and within a week, we had 6 viewings and an offer! She was an excellent communicator and remained in touch until we completed, going well beyond her duty to help us. I know she was also very good and fair with our buyer. Recently, we experienced an issue with the washing machine, and the timing couldn't have been worse, as it happened towards the end of the year when things are typically slower. However, Jo handled the situation exceptionally well. They were prompt in their response and ensured that the issue, including the necessary emergency plumbing work, was resolved efficiently. GoogleCommunication, service, and general attitude was great from all staff. Particular massive thanks to Katie Beard who dealt with our house purchase. Katie was consistently supportive, kind, helpful and professional at every step, through what ended up being quite a drawn out process. She followed up any/all relevant information and would always communicate back to me efficiently and in good time. Would like to say a huge thank you to Poppy Lawrance so far….we walked into Intercounty Dunmow back in November and was greeted by Poppy who we found very polite, has great customer service and went out her way to assist us ensuring she covered all avenues of what kind of property we was looking for including viewing properties. She has communicated well by phone as well as via email with progress updates. We look forward to completing soon and moving in. We would also like to mention Daniel Dale who met us at the property we are buying to assist us with the viewing, we found him to be very polite and helpful during our viewing allowing us to take our time to answer any questions we had even though this was out of office time….you are both a credit to Intercounty.
