GoogleI chose to sell my property through Intercounty based on their strong reputation of success with similar properties in the area. Helen Mehmet was my senior sales negotiator and is a credit towards Intercounty’s success. Helen’s experienced market knowledge was evident throughout the whole selling process. Her prompt communication gave me a sense of trust and reassurance, and her effective negotiation skills between all parties involved ensured a smooth transaction. She made the selling process much easier than I expected it to be and genuinely cared about getting us the best result. When I required assistance to progress the sale, Helen and Doug Whybrow looked into it promptly, gave an expert proposal which was followed by a quick resolution. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa Carpenter was always available in the absence of other team members and provided first class service. Thank you Helen, Doug and Lisa for getting us smoothly to completion.

GoogleBought a bungalow through Intercounty for my very old mum, very nice property. We had excellent service from Doug Whybrow who was chasing the transaction and knew what was going on up and down the chain more than anyone else. The solicitors were not very much help, thank goodness for Doug. Always proactive and in touch with us to give and get updates, excellent!

GoogleWe loved Intercounty - even though we could not go through with the purchase they were always giving us time to actually look at the property (rather than bend our ear with incessant sales talk), plus we were always at the property for around half an hour (sometimes more!) each time. Abby, especially with your diplomatic chasing - we never felt pressured but appreciated things that were time sensitive, and it was also always done really kindly! Really impressed and we know we will not hesitate to contact Intercounty in the future and will actively look for properties through you.
