We moved from Broxbourne to Saffron Walden with Intercounty. Oliver and his team made the transition so easy. They were patient and friendly. After a lot of upset and stress caused by Broxbourne Council, the team at Intercounty treated us with respect and understanding. They are very helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Excellent service! I moved from the Midlands to Saffron Walden, Ollie and the rest of the team at Intercounty were very helpful in helping resolve the issues that inevitably arise with such a move. Excellent service from all at Intercounty Saffron Walden. We had been on the market with another local agent for some time and decided to change agent to try a fresh approach. We received an offer within 2 weeks of instructing Intercounty. We were also given great support in our house search. The agents took time to get to know us and our needs and we felt very supported at all times. The agents chased solicitors to progress our sale and purchase as they knew we wanted to move quickly. We have been renting our flat to tenants using Intercounty for the past year. We live overseas so we needed a letting agent whom we could trust and who was reliable. I must say that we are extremely impressed with the whole Intercounty letting service and communication has been excellent. I would like to say that Kathryn is our lettings manager and we have totally confidence in her. She keeps in regular contact with us and is always ready and prompt at sorting out any issues. We had the great pleasure of dealing with Abi Hogg at the Saffron Walden office when searching for a property. She was friendly, helpful and efficient, on the phone, in emails and particularly in person. Sadly we didn't find our new home with Intercounty but this wasn't by design and would highly recommend them for their impeccable services.
