After the initial visit for photos and measurements from Paul, I heard nothing from them. My property was on with them for 6 weeks. I learn from my new estate agents that its illegal to market a property without the EPC information, which mine never got. Even though I had a company come round and do all there checks? They also never removed the "awaiting vendors approval" on rightmove, when I posted them the very next day of Paul's visit. They don't seem to work weekends as you could never get though to them on the phone?

To obtain a copy you just need to visit www.epcregister.com. We are open weekends so I can only apologise that you were not able to contact us. Draft particulars were produced and sent to you but we do not have a record of them being returned. I am very sorry that you were unhappy with our service but I wish you all the best for the future. I had thought of using an online agent for the sale of our house, but given the issues we encountered I'm very glad we didn't. Yes, the cost was more than online, but I feel it was worth it. A buyer who pulled out without good reason on the day of exchanging contracts really complicated matters, but the staff at Green & Co handled matters very well. An expression of interest which had been made some months before was chased up and this turned into a firm offer and eventually a sale. Regular updates were very welcome, and all staff were friendly and efficient. Lindy was very good at shepherding the sale through and keeping us fully informed of all developments. So although the journey was long and at times traumatic, Green & Co performed well at all stages.

As a rental agency we have been dealing with for two years now they are useless a complete lack of contact and when they do they claim they have been trying to contact us dispite having two contact numbers for us . We are still waiting for the contract to renew our tenancy agreement which should have been signed weeks ago . When you finally get a house inspection and report items such as damp etc you never hear anything . The gas inspection for the property is always done late and this time the boiler has a problem and you've guessed it not a word back from them. I very strongly recommend that you chose a much better agent

Further to your feedback I have spoken to our Management Department and inspected the file in relation to your tenancy. Based on the file notes I strongly disagree that there has been a “complete lack of contact”. A reminder regarding the tenancy agreement was sent to you on the 3rd July advising that the landlord had agreed to extend your tenancy agreement. The department has also tried contacting you regarding an inspection. The gas safety certificate was due to expire on the 26th September and our contractor carried out a new inspection and issued a revised certificate on the 26th September. A quote regarding the boiler has also been obtained and sent to the landlord for approval, which has today been given the go ahead. We are here to help you and I would strongly recommend contacting our Management Team, who will do all that they can to resolve any issues that you have. Regards Paul Ivens
