Green & Company is my favourite Estate Agent in Birmingham for purchase of property. As an investor , I have purchased 2 properties from them out of the only 3 I have and out of numerous agents, I have contacted I Birmingham. Why? They value your customer and wants the best for you as well as the vendor. They literally chased things up for you, when the buying process appears to go slower. From my own experience, I recommend them as Estate Agents for investors.
