Jacquie Harvey has been an absolute brick over the past few weeks. She isn’t our agent but wish she was! She is our buyers agent and there have been many problems at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie took ownership of the entire mess and tried her hardest to make the chain stay in tact. Sadly it didn’t but she still hasn’t given up and is now committed and giving her best to get chain back in place. We have recently completed on a house purchase in Sutton Coldfield with Green&Co. Our specific contact was Shakila who was wonderful throughout the entire process, from the day we made an offer right until completion. She was always accessible via phone/email and would respond quickly to any queries we had. We never felt the need to chase anything as it was all in hand. Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a house for the first time! We also used John Cross the in-house mortgage broker who was absolutely brilliant and I'm so glad we used him. Although I eventually bought a house from another agent I found the whole experience of interacting with Greens to be superb. The sales team should be rightly proud that they are providing a fantastic experience for their vendors introducing prospective buyers (such as me) to their properties with pride.
