GoogleWe found all staff to be helpful, friendly and flexible. We were always kept informed on progress and voicemails were always answered promptly. Faye accompanied us on three viewings to our property - she was knowledgeable and patient - as we were moving from another part of the country - we needed to be fairly specific about the timings of our viewings - it was never a problem. We would highly recommend.

GoogleWe started off with Goadsby in May of 2019 selling our property in Bridport!!! We liaised with a Mr Mark Godfrey and from time to time a Mr George Foulkes! During the time they have had our house on the market there were many obstacles n hurdles but in spite of all of those( none of which were their doing) they carried out their assignment with professionalism and courtesy!! Their attention to detail was exemplary!! Mr Godfrey always being able for our questions and concerns!! And now that our house is sold we just want to say Thanku for all your very hard work!! GoogleGeorge, Mark, Faye and the rest of the team were really helpful at all stages of the sale of my house. They always replied promptly to phone calls and emails and were personable and professional throughout the process. Mark chased up the final stages with our other set of agents too which helped a lot. Would fully recommend!

GoogleBoth Mark and George were so professional, yet also very friendly. It was like being part of the Goadsby family...lol. Even when the office had to close due to coronavirus they ensured continuing contact by phone or email. ( Thank you Jim Doerr for such quick responses and excellent work). I would certainly use Goadsby Bridport again and recommend them to anyone. Easing the stress of buying and selling is a talent that Mark and George have in abundance. GoogleI cannot recommend the Bridport office of Goadsby highly enough. Mark, George and Fiona were always available to answer any questions or queries. This sale was not straight forward but moved very smoothly and efficiently to exchange and completion with their help. It was a friendly and professional service and I have no problem in recommending them.

GoogleI have been treated so well by the staff at Goadsby, Bridport. Our move has not been the easiest but we have been kept up to date with quick and honest answers to all our questions. Although all the staff were brilliant, I have to single out Mark, this fine young (!) man has been outstanding at every single part of our purchase, he has put up with my constant barrage of questions and has been on hand at all times to assist me, I cannot thank him enough for his patience, knowledge and politeness at all times, the man is a true professional. So, George, Fiona and especially Mark, thank you all for a smooth transaction and for your continued support throughout. Brilliant.

Our recent dealings with Goadsby Eastleigh must make them the worst estate agents Following a reduced last minute offer from our buyers which we rejected they then decided to show them the new property which we had paid a deposit to the developer and effectively gazump us So we now have to re-market our property find another buyer and somewhere to purchase please Avoid Goadsby at all costs they are awful

Goadsby is the worst in terms of the way they treat people. The whole trauma they subject me to is beyond words, and I won't go the details of it. Let's just say that it lasted a whole 8 months of endless communication with them getting them to allow me to terminate my contract, return my deposit etc etc. And in all these communications, they were distasteful, disrespectful, offensive, unprofessional. So much that they even accidentally copied me on email replies amongst other colleagues where they were being spiteful, even condescending about me. Avoid them!

GoogleWe asked to view a house and the viewing were booked for today and confirmed (10AM, 10/09), we got there and no one appeared, we called and you said that you sent an email asking for confirmation today (10/09) and that you wouldn't appear to show us the house. That's just off.

GoogleBefore I booked a viewing with Adam the manager I asked if he knew what sort of heating the rented flat had?he said gas central heating,so when I viewed the flat a week ago with Alex I noticed it was electric heating!??hmm when you ask questions about a place they don't seem to know?Alex kept me waiting when I emailed him questions about the flat but never heard back?I asked another question about about the tank in the kitchen & Adam just sarcastically said I don't know I'm not a plumber!a customer doesn't want to hear that!if anyone should know it should be the manager!? Bad customer service, unprofessional,un helpful. Avoid these estate agents!
