I had a really bad experience with Carol from the Eastleigh estate agents. She cancelled our viewing 2 hours before when she had plenty of time to give us more notice, she had no idea what was going on and gave the impression she couldn’t care less and I could of booked somewhere else and not wasted my time. She didn’t even sound bothered on the phone. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using again!

Jack and James kept me fully informed and despite two deals falling through they stuck with it and got the final purchaser across the line very quickly. GoogleWe purchased a house through Goadsby (Salisbury), Rob showed us the property, which we instantly fell in love with for our next family home. It had only come on the market that day and we were first to view. Rob worked tirelessly from the point we left the property, until our offer was accepted at approximately 5:30pm later that afternoon. We cannot thank Rob enough, for his efforts with the sale and then being in contact with us all the way through to exchange of contracts and collecting the keys!
