GoogleThe Goadsby Verwood team were absolutely fantastic in our recent move. They were so supportive and communicated everything along the way. The team are so lovely and approachable and nothing was a problem - completely dispelling the estate agent myth. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them as the best estate agent in Verwood to use.

GoogleAfter viewing over a dozen properties with different estate agents, some of which seemed to put in the minimum effort, not being able to answer the simplest of questions. Tommy Howard of Goadsby estate agents was notable for his proactive approach. He had obviously done his homework. He was knowledgeable about the property and keen to follow up the viewing asking our thoughts about the property. He’s the agent I’d want selling my house.

They did not pass on the viewing responsibility to the client, as other estate agents do. They were also very respectful of our home, ensuring it was secure following viewings.
