I have used Enfields for the purchase of two Student houses over the last 8 years . They were exremely quick efficient and helpful. They then helped me to sell one of these houses and again a quick and efficient service This year they found four students for me and I have continued to manage the house. The students were found, shown round the house and signed up quickly. All went well with no problems and I continue to manage the house. I am so pleased with them that from next year 2016/17 I will give them the full management of the house. I care about the students who live in my property and I care about my property by looking after it. It is therefore because I can trust Enfields I am giving them the full management. I will of couse still always be there at the end of my email for my Students. Thanks Jonathan and co. for all your help over the years.

I have had a brilliant experience with Enfields, starting with the salesman that showed us around the potential houses to rent out, we gave a brief and they found houses suitable. Since then, we have moved into a property admittedly we have had a few problems in the property that we voiced to the team at Enfields where they have worked efficiently and quickly to get the problem fixed. I would recommend Enfields to all Bournemouth Students and will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

I have purchased two (and hopefully soon to be 3) properties through Enfields, they have also sourced excellent tenants for these properties. I find them to be efficient, professional and extremely personable. I couldn't and wouldn't identify one specific person because I believe I have excellent working relationships with all that I have liaised with. Enfields were Top Notch in exceptionally poor circumstances

Enfields were the agent handling the flat we have purchased. Sam showed us around the flat on more than one occasion and was always friendly and professional. Then the fun began. The vendor’s solicitor has to be the most unprofessional on the planet. Kevin, and on occasion Adam had the unenviable job of chasing up the vendor and his solicitor over a period of 5 months... yes; you read that right, 5 MONTHS, and then report back to us. I cannot fault Enfields who were brilliant throughout. A special mention has to go to Kevin who had the most contact with the vendor and his solicitor (when he could get hold of the solicitor). He was positive and bubbly throughout but had great sympathy for what we were going through. I think the whole thing may well have fallen through if it wasn’t for his efforts. He made an unbearable experience more bearable for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Enfields if we wanted to move again. I hope it’s some time before we do though.

Very professional and attentive service

Best agents!

After using another agent who were cheaper but we're a complete waste of time I decided to get a few other agents round, one of them was enfields. Daryl the negotiator was great he was in no rush even though it was 6pm we spent an hour talking through everything he was completly honest and made me trust him from the beginning so I decided to sign up with them. Within a few days I already had quite a few viewings booked in (something the other agents before hand had failed with) with in a week I had an offer! Kevin took over with this and was so communicative always with updating me with every step of the sale, it's so important to have a hard working agent when selling a property, he was constantly back and forth with myself, the buyer and each solicitor when we had a few complications! We are now ready to complete tomorrow and without the help of Kevin not sure this would have happened, so thanks for being great with both myself and the buyer, and also thanks to Adam and Sam who I also dealt with when Kevin was not there. I brought a property through Enfields in Oxford Street and the knowledge that Sam showed of the Ocean Village area was expectional. It was refreshing to have an agent who knew the area and the apartment blocks well and he actually gave an honest opinion compared to some agents that I viewed with before buying my property. I wouldn't hesitate in using Enfields again when buying another property in the City Centre and I would recommend people to use Sam when wanting to know further information about the city centre and Ocean Village areas.

Throughout the whole tenancy Enfields have been reluctant to help with any maintainence that has needed doing and have waited 9 months for their approved contractor to get the parts for some of the fittings he needed to fix. When wanting to end the tenancy I called back at the beginining of January and they told me they will discuss with landlord, 4 days now before the tenancy runs out they advise that they didn't believe me when I said I didn't want to renew and so didn't actually accept that as our notice, they didn't advise me at the time that it had to be in writing and so are now charging us an extra months rent all for a mouldy flat which we have had to live with for a year! Do not recommend renting a property in Balmoral court, Regent's Park road
