Very professional all round service. Estate Agent was smart, professional and friendly. The literature produced was very professional looking and thorough. Although initially we felt that the selling price offered was on the low side, other local estate agents who quoted higher either did not return our calls, or were unprofessional when they viewed the property and then never followed through with information. Enfields always answered the phone politely (unlike some!) kept us informed at each stage either by phone or in writing, and were always understanding of our needs and expectations. They also sold the house quickly allowing us to offer on a flat we had viewed.

I started using Enfields Estate Agents at the beginning of the year and i couldn't give them enough praise for the work they do. They are an amazing company with the most helpful, polite and hard working employees. I will be fully recommending them to anyone i know who is in need of an Estate Agents in the future as well as only using them myself from now on.

A very professional and diligent service offered throughout. From the initial valuation process through to completion I was impressed with the way Enfields went about their business. They kept me suitably informed of progress, were sensitive to our needs and timescales and, when necessary, applied the relevant pressures to the solicitors and other parties involved to ensure the target completion date was met. I would certainly recommend Enfields to any future seller.

What can I say... Enfields Eastleigh and Jade especially provided me with a 5 star service throughout. It was our first house and we had to deal with 3 average-ish estate agents before.(Two previous houses fell through) Jade restored my faith in estate agents and helped us to get our dream home.Enfields in general were very helpful; always answering my calls, chasing solicitors, etc.Overall great customer service, very warm and helpful people.Thank you!!!

Enfields Estate Agents Pontefract are a professional and dedicated Estate Agents who go that extra mile to not only sell your property but also keep you informed throughout the whole process. At points a lack of communication between vendors and solicitors left us in the dark, one call to Enfields managed to put us in the picture quicker than communications with solicitors or the other Estate Agents involved in the chain. Enfields were great to deal with and there was always someone on the other end of the line to help if our dedicated contact was not available. They called us back when we requested and were pro active in all aspects of communication. I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields Pontefract to anyone wanting to sell their property. Enfields have constantly delivered an excellent service when I both needed a tenant and also required my property managed. I have never had a void period and the tenants they have found have been excellent. The management team have always kept be updated, dealing with any issue with the property and tenants which were my main concerns when letting out my property. I have recommended them numerous times and would have no hesitation in recommending them again. x

After a number of years with other Estate Agents we decided to give Enfields a go and it was a great move. We had not had many viewings over a number of years but Enfields immediately put that right. Useful feedback was given to enable adjustments to be made resulting in a successful sale in 8 months. The pro-active approach adopted by the team at Enfields works well and you can be assured that your property does not just sit in a file or a picture in the window but they team will be working all the time to generate interest and a sale. I would definitely recommend Enfields Estate Agents, Pontefract.

When moving house in a chain it quickly becomes obvious who (out of your, and your chain's, solicitors, agents, mortgage advisors etc) is professional and efficient, and who could do better. Kevin and his team at Enfield Bitterne are a shining beacon of effectiveness in the murky world of mediocrity, frustration and inaction that prevales among much of the rest of the market. Enfield have been absolutely on top of every aspect of our move, proactively chasing down information, getting things done and keeping us informed. All delivered with complete professionalism, courtesy and a smile at every stage. If every agent and solicitor had the same attitude and competence moving house would be much less stressful. Totally recommended.

Enfields dealt with a property I was buying. Joanne in Pontefract was a star. She kept me in the loop all way through. When things became a little complicated and stressful she went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly within a large chain even answering my calls or texts out of her working hours. The atmosphere in the office was lovely the day I collected keys and all staff were polite. If it wasn't for Joanne I don't think I would be in my house today. Thank you.
