GoogleIt took a few frustrating months to complete our sale of our house. All through this time Enfield were supportive and communicative. It was the first time we had sold a house and without Enfields support and information it would have been very stressful indeed. We can not recommend highly enough the service we received from all the staff at Enfields, Pontefract

GoogleI have just purchased a property that was marketed by Enfields. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to make the sale happen and help me in every way possible. I would say they even chased people up on my behalf that were not their responsibility. I could not recommend any higher. Great company. Thank you very much.

GoogleKevin, Rio and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Extremely proffessional which is what you want when buying a property! We are first time buyers and felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process as we were very nervous at the start. GoogleFrom start to finish, Enfields Bitterne were fantastic. Darryl was our first point of contact and fully and clearly explained the whole process, and took professional photos of our flat which helped us sell within just a couple of days of the advert going live! Unfortunately I had clearly chosen the wrong solicitors, as they were incapable of doing their job which stalled the process on several occasions, but that's another review! Fortunately Kevin did a superb job in keeping on top of everything during the whole process, really going above and beyond to keep things on track and always very easy to get hold of. Cannot recommend highly enough!

GoogleWe are very pleased that we choose Enfield's estate agents for our house sale. They are very professional and proactive. When we had viewings they were here before the viewings. And made sure that our daily busy lives weren't effected by them. They made sure that our house had a lot of interest and we had viewings constantly. We would like to say huge Thank you to Kevin and Daryl as they have been very supportive and have kept us informed throughout the sale of our house. They responded very quickly to any queries we had. GoogleAs a first time buyer, Enfields made the whole process very easy and as stress free as possible. Jamie and Mark were excellent throughout, including showing me a property I would never have even considered which has become the one I eventually bought! They were happy for me to view properties without any pressure and at my own pace, answered all the questions I had at each stage and kept me in the loop with how the sale was progressing. Both Jamie and Mark were very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have also used their sales team who are very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfields and I wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleWe are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. Couldn't have done it wiithout him. Definitely recommend to anyone. Best Service ever!!!

GoogleKate Noble at Enfield's has been our first port of call to contact if we have any issues with our property. She is very conscientious and super efficient regarding helping the tenants, especially with any sudden problems like on a Friday evening at 5 pm when the boiler breaks down. GoogleI have been using Enfields Estate Agents to rent my properties for 6 years and have found them to be excellent agents. In particular 2 members of staff, Lisa Smith & Kate Noble. Lisa has given me outstanding service, especially in the difficult situations which have occurred from time to time. Kate , as property manager, has been vigilant in keeping the properties up to standard and has attended quickly and efficiently with any issues that have arisen. I have used other agents in the past but since being with Enfields, I would not consider changing agents again due to the high level of standards they have provided me.
