I am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

A completely miserable experience from start to end. My flat sold very fast but 2 days into our sale the woman in charge of conveyance walked out of her post, leaving me with a solicitor that they recommended and no one to pass information from buyer lenders or to answer questions etc. To cut a long nightmare short I was selling not in a chain to a 1st time buyer. 6 months of jumping through hoops for the buyers el cheapo cowboy lender, (Platform), the lender agrees to lend, we get to exchange of contracts and the buyers pull out!! With no conveyance in place and a recommend solicitor that does not want to work with Enfield's we are left with nothing and back to square one. This really is below Purple bricks service for a hell of a lot of money, with no conveyance and no care or diplomacy. Arrogant with a complete lack of content, please don't be pulled in by the lies and promises. All I can hope is that if you are reading this please save yourself the risk of selling with this un-professional joke of an agent.

The branch manager (Jamie Lines) came and valued my property and was very professional with his approach. If I could take away stars I would.This agency provided us with the worst ever experience in our lifes so far .We signed up with them to sell our property because of Bethany's proffesionalism ,but now we regret ever opening the door of their office .First viewing and their agent that should have been responsible for the safety of our property ,Charlotte,left the property unsecured as didn't even bothered to close the entrance door to the flat.Neil took over ,and he was great .He did his job.We had a buyer within a few weeks.Their conveyor was spot on ,but after two emils ,she left the company ,and this is when everything went ..down .Deep down .For weeks we haven't heard anything from anyone in the agency .Then we got in contact with the buyers(what I have learnt from this experience-don't ever do that)as neither of knew what is happening as no one was talking to us.For weeks.Then Jonathon put the responsibility of conveying on Neil,not his job!Then he took it on -Useless!To cut th e story short....er:We had to chase them for every information ,they refused to answer to my phone calls ,so we had to hide the number or call from my husbands phone(And We were supposed to pay for this service?!?!?!)When we managed to get hold of im ,in many conversations I had to ask why it feels like they are working only for the buyers?After all ,we were going to give money out to them .Not the byers.And we are not unfair people.But when it is good three months in ,and nothing has moved and Jonathon kept doing nothing...Well ,wouldn't everyone start asking questions?!Almost six months in ,million requests later,the buyers pulled out This would have never happen with Bethany being in the office ,or a proper conveyor.Thank you a lot Enfields! Not even an apology from Jonathon .Just a slimy smile...sorrythis happens....Yes it does if you are around......Wonder if you would be ok to put your daughter and wife into same situation you put my family into?

I have been using Enfields Estate Agents to rent my properties for 6 years and have found them to be excellent agents. In particular 2 members of staff, Lisa Smith & Kate Noble. Lisa has given me outstanding service, especially in the difficult situations which have occurred from time to time. Kate , as property manager, has been vigilant in keeping the properties up to standard and has attended quickly and efficiently with any issues that have arisen. I have used other agents in the past but since being with Enfields, I would not consider changing agents again due to the high level of standards they have provided me.
