GoogleIm very impressed with Enfields. Firstly, getting the house on the market was easy thanks to Will Piercy - with professsional photos and an attitude to please, even coming back for extra photos on a sunny day. Secondly, Enfields acted professionally through all parts of the sales process and gave full support after we lost the first buyer. They managed to sell at the asking price, twice within a week of the property being on sale. Sam Binnington was crucial to achieve this. For technical aspects of the sale such as surveys I was handed to Shaun Jordan and I couldn’t have been in better hands. With Shaun helping both parties fully understand the survey results. He also continued a sterling effort at pushing the Solicitors along. Top job all round!

GoogleExcellent communication throughout, both in the early negotiation stage and throughout, keeping us well informed and attempting to chase the vendor to speed up slow admin issues with the sellers management company and paperwork. Would recommend and use again.

GoogleA very professional estate agent who know their stuff without being overly salesy. They were clear and upfront with the process and costs from the start, and used data to help me decide the right price to pitch my house at. They kept me updated with viewings and feedback. They advised well during the bidding process, so I felt I got the best possible offer. From offer to sale they kept me updated regularly, communicated well with the other estate agent in the chain and kept the solictors moving. Overall, they did everything a good estate agent should do. Thanks to Sam and Shaun's hard work, my house was on the market for about a month before offer accepted, and about 10 weeks from offer to completion. I'd definitely recommend them again.

GoogleHi Sam, Shaun, and all at Enfields, Shirley I would like to say that the service we received from you all was excellent There was a phone call every week, even when there was nothing to report, and towards the end of the process a lot of chasing up of other estate agents and solicitors went on. Thank you all, and if there was another house move (which there won’t be) I would have no hesitation to ask for your help again, and I will certainly recommend Enfields to anyone else who would be interested. Google- Very helpful - Quick acting - Kept me informed the whole way - Actually valued my property correctly (some estate agents were miles off in value and much lower) - Excllent service. - Services price was competitive / on par with estate agents that would have done less. - Will use again for sure. - Have since recommended them several times.
