GoogleI'm not one for completing these reviews but felt compelled to do this, not only to inform others who are in a position I was in n when choosing an agent, but to let the team know what a brilliant job they did. If you are looking to sell a house in this area then absolutely speak to Chris and his team and go with Enfields. I considered marketing with the on line agents but the amount of time, work and enthusiasm that everyone put in to making sure we got the best possible price was worth the extra few pounds we might have saved. I considered a number of local agents but due to a personal recommendation and after my first meeting with Chris my mind was made up. He is clearly an expert in this field leading a brilliant team who are totally focussed on their customers. The sale took longer than I wanted but this was nothing to do Enfields, who remained as enthusiastic on the day of completion as they were when doing the initial visit and valuation. I'm not sure this would have been the case with the on line agents who would have had my fee banked months earlier. I went 'in house' with all the extras required( solicitors, energy pack etc) and glad I did as Enfields sorted everything with no fuss or work for me. To say I was a bit of a nuisance to the team I know is a massive understatement, but they never once took their eye off the ball and got the job done, despite a number of setbacks and problems, again none being the fault of the agent. Special mention to Brad who did everything he could and lifted every rock to find a buyer, Sophie who has more energy and enthusiasm than anyone I have ever met and Joanne who should get a job at the United Nations for her negotiating and influencing skills.

GoogleI use many agents throughout Yorkshire but I find Enfields at Pontefract to be straight talking and a very proactive estate agent. I have marketed several properties with them all of which sold within reasonable timescales, the in house sales progressing handled by Joanne is a life saver and takes away most of the stress. All around the team are friendly and approachable and they get the results I need. Keep it up :-)

GoogleWhen selling my mothers house I asked a well known chain of estate agents as well as Enfields for a valuation. I met both estate agents on the same day and selected Enfields as Andrew Baxter was so passionate and enthusiastic about his business and what Enfields could offer and we felt the marketing package was superior. Within a week of the property being placed on the internet we had an offer and the whole sale was completed in less then 3 months from the initial valuation. Enfields arranged the Energy Performance Certificate, the solicitors, carried out all the viewings and kept me informed through the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone selling a property.

GoogleFirst impression is a clean and efficient open plan office with smart intelligent staff. The place is clean and the process of buying or renting is also done in a methodical way. Apart from the normal buying selling or renting service you would expect, they also supply a full portfolio of support services - a one stop shop of services to take the worry and ease this stressful process through to conclusion. The staff are well dressed, polite and approachable with a knowledgeable helping hand along the way.

GoogleWe purchased our house through Enfields at the end of February. The service was excellent and all the team were really helpful. I was really impressed with the sales progression, they worked hard to chase solicitors and keep things moving and it was nice knowing that we had someone we could trust to simply manage it without prompting. Even after the sale completed they responded quickly to additional queries. We are very happy in our home and hope to spend many years here, however when we decide that it is time to move again we will definitely be in contact with Enfields.
