We had lots of contact from Charlotte and Sophie within the the first week of being up for sale. By week 3 we had sold - I couldn't believe it. Enfields did a great job at negotiating the purchase of a property we recently bought for rent. They were extrememly professional and helpful throghout the whole process. Having had some really bad experiences with estate agents, I was weary about trying yet another. From the word go, Sophie made an amazing impression on me. Professional, friendly, reassuring and certainly knew what she was talking about. I thought that this was too good to be true. How wrong I was. Enfields were brilliant from day 1. They took complete control of the sale of my late mum's house right from their initial visit to the property. They arranged countless accompanied viewings which we couldn't have dealt with being over an hour's journey away, along with an open viewing morning.
