Excellent service from Enfields who we sold our house through in August 2016, valuation was spot on, sold within 3 weeks and completion within 12 weeks! Very professional, honest and hard working. Couldn't do enough to ensure we had regular updates on the sale from the viewings through to completion! Highly recommended

I am very disappointed with ENFIELDS Estate Agents Eastleigh service. I was continuously calling and sending e-mails to them in purpose to book a viewing for one of the properties which they offer. I am afraid, they never replied to me. When I have called them, eventually I have booked a viewing, however never received a confirmation of this by e-mail. I had to call them another 3 times to just get an address of the property. I was waiting 30 minutes outside of the property in 3 degrees, unfortunately nobody ever turned up. I didn’t receive any calls, messages or an e-mail with cancellation or at least an apology. I also sent an e-mail the next day admitting that I am very disappointed of that kind of service and I was still asking about this property. My last step was visiting their office, when I have heard that the property has been already “let agreed” and Grace was supposed to leave me a message with this information. Due to my many calls and e-mails to Enfields, I am sure that they have got my correct mobile number and two e-mails addresses. I do NOT recommend anyone to sell/rent a property with them, as they are unprofessional people who do not care to help you. I have wasted lots of my time and lost my patience with company and with the service that I have received from them.

Hi Paulina, As we have already said, we apologies that you feel this way. As you already know, the emails were generated from our system, I am unsure why you still say that you did not receive them as you have received my emails on the same email address and replied twice to them. You also thanked me for arranging the viewing. We contacted you on the mobile number that you gave via an email lead and we know it was right as on one occasion it was an abroad tone and you emailed to say that you were abroad. I do understand that you are disappointed that you waited at the property and no one had turned up however, we did leave you a voicemail that day at 2pm to tell you the property had been let. We are certainly not unprofessional agency who do not help people. We have recently won the British Property Awards 2017 Gold Award for customer service in the Eastleigh area and as you will see by our many reviews, we are an agency that really does care. Enfields

Brilliant service from start to finish. For the past 4 years i have let my property through Enfields and they have been brilliant as i don't live locally. Now I have sold through them and have received excellent service. ..regular updates ....keeping the tenant informed...I can't fault them one bit. Thank u Nikki and Sam for making it so easy.

We arrived at Enfields desperate to find a rental property at short notice. Enfields were fantastic from start to finish and went above and beyond to help us to find and move into a property within a week due to the difficult circumstances. Every member of the team we dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly (but particularly Luanne for her efficiency and patience). Other people we know have had really positive experiences with Enfields too and so we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone.

I am currently living in the US. I wanted to sell my house back in England. I called Enfields in Eastleigh. They were extremely helpful and took care of everything for me. So helpful I did not have to return to England. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

As I am unable to leave a complaint for the Oxford street office I will leave it here, poor service and complaint handling, contractor breaks out belongings and it's our fault, Jack Rees is awful at his job as is the whole office

We are nearing completion on what seems to have been possibly the most difficult and frustrating chain / house move ever. Kevin has been amazing at keeping the chain moving forward and even when it seemed like it wasn't going to happen, Kevin offered to drive our buyers signed contract to the solicitors to speed things up. We can't fault Enfields and they have been amazing, even when we were viewing houses Adam was incredible and often they got us through the door before anyone else! Darryl was also great and after a bad experience with another estate agent he was great at getting us on the market quickly. We would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone and they deserved a well earned crate of beers once we have completed :)
