GoogleI had a great experience with Charlotte, one of Enfields' agents. She was incredibly busy at the time and yet devoted so much time to me and my partner. She quickly dealt with any problems we had and was very transparent about the service they provide, the cost and requirements. Enfields really made the process of finding somewhere to live quick, easy and painless. They are also very approachable and easy to contact.

GoogleA few years back we bought a property from Enfields. Because of the excellent experience at the time, we decided to go back to them when the time came to sell the our property. The whole process from start to finish was easier than a walk in the park. It started with Jonathon coming round to discuss what we wanted and how we can start with the sale. The conversation was very relaxed and very informative. There was no pressure and we were always in control. The feeling was as if you had your best friend round for coffee and asked him for a favour. After that, their senior negotiator Charlotte took over to book and do the viewing. Once again an excellent person with great negotiation skills. As with Jonathan, she went the extra mile to get the right price. I won't want to play poker against her, I will be walking home broke. Once a buyer has been found and agreed on the sale price, Nicole has been on the ball constantly. There have been constant updates and she chased everyone all the time. I felt looked after and in good hands all the time. A sale can be a stressful process but not with this team doing the work for you. I feel there is a chemistry withing the whole team that makes them work great together to provide their customers with an excellent and one of a kind experience. When the time comes to buy a property again, I would definitely go back to them and I highly recommend them to everyone.

GoogleReally happy with how quickly things were moved forward, not only did Greg get me in to see a property at the very last minute all the details and contracts had been sorted and approved by the next day. And now looking forward to moving in to a perfect property. Would highly recommend Greg and Enfields.

GoogleThank you Jonathan, It has been a pleasure to deal with your team. They have all worked really hard to sell our property, and they are a credit to you. Especial thanks to Charlotte, who tried so hard and phoned me regularly to keep me up to date. She was, or is , relentlessly positive. In fact you all give that air of positivity to your customers. Will has been unfailingly cheerful and did a great job. Freya, has been a tonic, and has done things to help, phoning solicitors and keeping things moving, all of which have been a massive help. I think of her as 'friendly Freya', always sounds as though she is smiling! Again her regular calls were much appreciated. So thank you everyone. I'm really impressed with your teamwork and efficiency. We bought and sold the house with you and if we ever need an estate agent in this area we will be back.

GoogleEnfields were fantastic when it came to selling my flat. Out of four other estate agents they valued my property at the highest amount, so I was dubious it would get anything near this. I was wrong, as not only did they get me an amount very close to their estimate, but it all happened in less than a week. They had secured a viewing before my flat had even gone on the market and within a day of it going online I had accepted a second offer. I personally dealt with Bethany Hawker, who was friendly, professional and always on hand to answer my queries. The team in the office were also very friendly and always did what they could to help with anything I needed. This is the first time I've sold a property and I would definitely recommend Enfields for the job.

GoogleWe are moving into our new rented property with Enfields in the next couple of weeks and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received over the last month or so. After the horror story we had with the letting's agency that we initially rented with last year it is a welcome change to be treated with respect and like a valued customer by Enfields. Kim Fishlock who was our primary point of contact with the agency was excellent and the initial viewing of the property was amazing, we had no questions to ask at the end of the viewing as Kim covered all of them when showing us around. Contact with the company has been easy and referencing and preparing our move has been incredibly simple, another welcome change as with most agency's you will spend so many weeks stressing and chasing people up to do their jobs! Not a single bad thing to say about our experience with Enfields and I wish Kim and the company all the best in the future!

GoogleI have now dealt with Enfield's on two occasions and in both instances the service and attention to detail was of a very high level. Within a two week period my flat was marketed and a buyer was secured by Bethany which was more than I could have asked for. I would definitely recommend both Bethany and Enfield's as their service and professionalism is fantastic.
